    How to do Padahastasana:

Keep in mind that the shoulders should be adjacent to the ears. The palms should be towards the front. When the arms rise up parallel to each other, then slowly keep the waist straight and start bending down while inhaling.

Keeping the knees straight, try to touch the forehead with the knees by holding both feet tightly near the ankles. Keep breathing in and out. Stay in this position for 30-40 seconds at your convenience. And slowly rise up from this position to come back. Come to the resting position after coming in a standing posture and again touching the hands to the waist. Do this 5 to 7 times.
